Importing specific XML format to WordPress Custom Fields



I'm trying to import an XML file into ACF Custom Fields. The data is dynamic and can change daily. The format of my data is:



I need a Custom Field with a separate field for each listed field name with the correlating value. Is there an automated way to do this? The plugins I've tried are unable to grab the field names and tie it to the value at the end.
