Are all fields in the universe we know of quantum fields?

Are all fields in the universe we know of quantum fields? Are all fields in the universe we know of quantum fields? Do all fields that exist must be inherently quantum in nature? How about fields that are yet to be discovered (ie. a new field like Higgs field) , do they all have to be quantum fields? We're still trying to make sense of how gravitational fields make sense in quantum terms, but there are good theoretical reasons to think gravity should be just as quantum as any other field. – J.G. Aug 19 at 17:55 @J.G. - Except that quantum gravity is almost definitely not described by a quantum field theory. There are good theoretical reasons to believe that gravity should be quantized in some way, but it is certain that quantum field theory is not the way to go. – Prahar Aug 19 at 18:00 @Prahar In its present form, yes; but once we have a more mature understanding of the topic, gravity will be "a quantum field" in some sense, just not the "has a C

Four-masted barque Herzogin Cecilie , an archetypal windjammer A windjammer is a collective name for a general class of large sailing ship built to carry bulk cargo for long distances in the nineteenth and early twentieth century. Windjammers were the largest of merchant sailing ships, with three to five tall masts and square sails, giving them a characteristic profile. They usually carried lumber, guano, grain or ore from one continent to another, typically following the prevailing winds and circumnavigating the globe during their voyages. Several survive, variously operating as school ships, museum ships, restaurant ships, and cruise ships. Due to rising fuel costs and environmental concerns, there has been consideration of constructing modern cargo ships utilizing wind energy in various ways. [1] [2] Contents 1 Design 2 Crew 3
