I have an Easyjet Plus card, which among the other benefits, grants access to FastTrack security checks.
Can this be used even when you are flying with another airline?

I can't comment on Easyjet, so this is not an answer. With frequent flyer cards, you only get the benefits when you fly with the airline (or alliance) that issues the card. However, based on my experience, you could often wave the card and use the fast track security benefits even when flying with another airline because no-one checked too closely. This is changing as many airports now have electronic gates for the fast track facilities which scan your boarding pass, so enforcement is more consistent.
